SUNDAY SIPPINGS: RASA DIRTY COFFEE

I’m always on the lookout for adaptogenic coffee. There’s nothing wrong with straight up coffee but I’m all about adding nutrients whenever I can squeeze them in. I’m also a mega mushroom fan, whether they’re medicinal or culinary, sign me up! Whose with me? If you share my mushroom affinity, Rasa Dirty Coffee is definitely for you!

Each cup has a quarter of the caffeine as traditional coffee so there’s no crash. Since the caffeine content is so low, it can be enjoyed anytime of the day. The flavor is so good that you’ll definitely want to drink it all day, and there’s nothing wrong with that! It’s made with all organic ingredients, such as:

  • Fair trade coffee
  • Roasted chicory
  • Burdock root
  • Dandelion root
  • Chaga
  • Ashwagandha
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • Reishi

Adding Rasa Dirty Coffee to your daily routine is a great way to introduce the vitamins, minerals and properties of these ingredients and they make it taste so dang good! The flavor is sweet with a slight chocolatey and earthy undertone.

To brew you’ll need 1 tablespoon of Dirty Coffee per 8 ounces of water. Add the Dirty Coffee and boiled water to a French press and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately. Add sweetener if desired (though it totally isn’t necessary at all).
